Lead by Senior Winemaker Phil Brodie, working with Winemaker Marty Wallace and Assistant Winemaker Ben Jones, the winery team does long hours and a lot of physical work. As well as tasting and assembling, blending and more. With a reputation as a red wine specialist, at the start of 2021 Te Mata has the oldest and newest fermentation cellars in the country.
