Baked Avocado & Blue Cheese (serves 4 people)
While I am reluctant to criticise seasonal eating, especially regarding avocados, this hot avocado recipe is great when you are all guacamole-ed out or avocado salads or dressings become everyday.
Cut two avocados lengthwise and remove the stones. Well fill the hollows with blue cheese and cook in a moderate to hot oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Serve with Te Mata Estate Chardonnay.
