Cranford Hospice is the Hawkes Bay regions palliative care centre, and depends on significant contributions from the community to fund its day to day running.

The winemakers of Hawkes Bay support Cranford by way of an annual “barrel and special bottle” auction, held on the first weekend of June. The lots are exceptional, they are one off blends, not normally available through retail channels and therefore sell for a premium. All of the monies raised goes to support this most noteworthy of charities.
