MARTYN WALLACE – ASSISTANT WINEMAKER 
Earthy. A little closed at present. Will improve with age.
Marty started at Te Mata Estate in 2000 and has the great job of tasting all of our wines. A keen sportsman he loves mountain biking and road cycling. Marty married Jess in January 2009 (after many years of the team here nagging) and they are now proud parents of a son, Reuben.

DALLAS PENEHA - WINERY ASSISTANT
Fresh smooth and still developing.
Dallas helps in all the day to day running of the winery functions and has been with Te Mata Estate since 2006. He loves the great outdoor life including snowboarding, extreme sports and like all good kiwi blokes: rugby.
